June 02 - Beyond All Bounds At Madison Square Garden

The upcoming Follow That Dream / Flaming Star book on Elvis Presley's Madison Square Garden performances is due summer 2017 according to a new promotional clip posted on-line. The title changed to "ELVIS Madison Square Garden". Author Pål Granlund attended all four shows. Among other things, the book covers - among others - his experiences over this weekend.

The book comes with a bonus CD containing an  audience recording  of the June 9, 1972 opening night  show. This recording comes from another source that the already available release of this concert from the Straight Arrow import-label (quote Pal Granlund).

December Heights And Beyond All Bounds

The Touchdown import-label announced two new albums; 'December Heights' containing the December 11, 1975 10 PM Show and 'Beyond All Bounds' containing the April 29, 1973 performance. Both releases are audience-recordings.

'December Heights' offers the show from December 11, 1975 (10pm show). The show was released before from a much inferior sounding recording. The recording was mastered very carefully and now you get - besides the last two tracks - the complete show in excellent audience quality! This release will be presented with a beautiful 16-page booklet.

'Beyond All Bounds' contains recordings from the Seattle concert on April 29, 1973. The afternoon show is well known, but never sounded better than this time. The recording was carefully remastered and it now sounds clearer and much better balanced than before. Up on that we offer you six songs from the evening show from the same day in even better audience quality than the complete show from the afternoon. It’s a real treat to listen to the songs in this quality. This release will be presented with a beautiful 16-page booklet including lots of pictures from the concert.
